Connie is not new to the Home
Management business. She has been working in the Houston market for
over 12 years, helping Real Estate agents across the city market their
listings.
In 1994 she was featured on
the front page of the Style section of the former Houston Post. The
article was called “Urban Gypsies” and told of the concept
and how it benefited the Homeowner. It also described in length how
it was an opportunity for a person to live the lifestyle they would
like to live. They could live in a large beautiful property, for reduced
rent, while the home was on the market to be sold. It is a win, win
situation for all involved.
After starting her own company,
she has become very active in Real Estate networking and is now serving
on the governing board of the Houston Chapter of the Women’s Council
Of Realtors as well as being active in others around the city. Lasting
Impressions was thought enough of to be asked to write an article for
the May 2005 issue of Real Estate Executive Magazine. This publication
is distributed to the top producing Real Estate Agents in the greater
Houston area.
Be sure to contact her with any of your marketing needs whether it be staging
existing furnishings, or adding a Homemanager to help the absent Homeowner
with the holding costs of marketing and caring for a vacant property.
